As discussed on my diary, this is the steel frame I acquired.

From the drive side. I have Surly rigid forks on there for now, I may change to suspension on the front shortly.

The penguin horn I bought mounted on the handle bars.

View from the cockpit, I will change the bars to a pair of Roox Risers today or tomorrow as I can not stand such narrow bars.

The drivetrain, the chain is a SRAM Track chain (wider than a chain used with gears) the chain ring is a black spire DH one with no ramps or pins or any of that and the SS conversion kit is a DMR, the drive is 2:1 (32:16).
