And my helmet had a bit of a bang, peak snapped more, two large cracks in the foam through two sections in the top and big dints, time to get another helmet for the second time in about a year. |

The frame does not look quite so broken from this distance. With the helmet thing I did have some concussion stuff again, I can not clearly remember all the activity after the crash, the bandaging me up, riding down to Manuka etc. |
